SHIPPING TO CANADA

Standard shipping to destinations in Canada is Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Canada Post's delivery standard within Canada is 1 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Canada Post does not offer delivery date guarantees. Upgrades to Xpresspost and Priority shipping are available at checkout for additional cost.

SHIPPING TO THE USA

Standard shipping to destinations in the United States is Canada Post Tracked Packet. Canada Post's delivery standard to the United States is 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Canada Post does not offer delivery date guarantees. Upgrades to Xpresspost and Priority shipping are available at checkout for additional cost. Note the US Customs & Border Protection may choose to hold parcels for inspection and sometimes experience large volumes of shipments -- this may delay your delivery beyond Canada Post's delivery standards. Any customs, duty, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA & THE USA

Standard shipping to destinations outside of Canada & the United States is Canada Post International Small Packet Air.  This service does not provide tracking information. If you need tracking, choose a tracked shipping option at checkout. Canada Post's delivery standard for International Small Packet Air is 6 to 10 business days from the date of shipment. Canada Post does not offer delivery date guarantees. Upgrades to other shipping methods that include tracking and offer faster delivery service are available at checkout for additional cost. Note that parcels may be held parcels for customs inspection  -- this may delay your delivery beyond Canada Post's delivery standards. Any customs, duty, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
